This was my first time to use American Chem-Dry, and overall, I was very satisfied with their work. The people were very punctual, and very friendly and polite. And they did a really good job on the carpet except for this one little stripe they missed. That is why I gave them Four Stars instead of Five Stars on "service." That little stripe. It wasn't a very big stripe, but still. As far as their carpet cleaning process, I really like whatever it is they use instead of water. My carpets dried out so much faster! So, I will use American Chem-Dry in the future, and have no problem recommending them to others.
