Having my oriental cleaned turned out to be really easy. When the rug came back it didn't look noticeably cleaner, but I assume it wasn't that dirty. Next time, I think I'll take advantage their offer to move and replace the rug for me. Price seemed reasonable, especially with the internet coupon they provided.
