American Chem-Dry was helpful in setting up an appointment & describing their process from beginning to end. Their technician was timely, engaged and informative. Moved the room furniture to clean the areas that aren't usually addressed - at least not by another firm I had used previously. Restored the furniture and left the rug "sparkling". A different technician returned the oriental rugs we had cleaned and explained the availability of "in-house" cleaning for those rugs in the future. I will use American Chem-Dry again and recommend them to others.
