We had been delinquent in getting our carpets cleaned over the years. So, when American Chem-Dry showed up to clean our carpets, they were very, very dirty and there were a lot of spots throughout the house. This company did an amazing job on the carpet cleaning. The service guy was knowledgeable and explained all my options. He was also on time. It took him a few hours to complete the house and I’m pretty sure it took him that long because there were a few areas he had to work hard on. It took about 5 hours for the carpets to dry completely. I am thrilled with how the carpets look, and the majority of the stains lifted from the carpet. I highly recommend American Chem-Dry and their process.
