American Chem Dry came within the timeframe scheduled. The cleaners introduced themselves by name. They explained the process. They moved all the furniture away from the walls, then vacuumed and cleaned the room's exterior. Then they put all the furniture back, but up on styrofoam blocks so the rug underneath would have a chance to dry.. They then did the interior of the room. They suggested we keep the blocks under the furniture for a day, to ensure those areas dried properly. They were gone within 2 hours. The rug looked much cleaner than when they started. It also looked brighter. I am thoroughly pleased with how it came out. I will use American Chem Dry again.
