Very happy with the service provided the upholstered coach looked brand new and the technicians were informative. The carpets were not very wet and dried quickly. We did have the extra deodorizer on a carpet that a pet had accidents which came out beautiful but could probably use another application. When we rotated the carpet there was still an odor but overall very happy.
