The service was fine

The Rug looks terrible, we were away on
vacation and just came back this morning.
There is dark spots all through the rug
and looks barely cleaned. Not the same
quality as in the fall.

Patrice has been contacted and we will be returning on 5/6/2011 to redo this carpet at no charge. Unfortunately, with the difficult winter we had ice melt is raising some havoc on carpets. Hopefully recleaning will address this issue!!
