Bob and Chris arrived on time, were very professional and took time to explain the services I was receiving. They measured and itemized each area then let me choose the services I wanted. I opted for the Healthy Home package and it was well worth the price. Areas of my carpet had pet stains which they promptly removed, then went over the area again to remove any excess solution. I set up two fans and the carpets were dry a short time later. Even a 8X10 area rug with moderate traffic staining looked brand new when Bob and Chris were done. I am very pleased with the service, from the call with Drew to the cleaning and would highly recommend them. I wasn't looking for a $99 special, as I've done those in the past and wasn't as pleased as with the cleaning by American ChemDri. They are the BEST bang for your buck!
