We had all of our stairs and hallway carpets cleaned by Chem Dry a few days ago. Some of the areas were very high traffic with visible dirt. The carpet technician was on time, professional, and really went the extra mile to clean the the heavily soiled areas. He thought he would be done in 45 -60 minutes but was here more like 90 minutes at no extra charge. The carpets look so much better. We will use Chem Dry again.
