I was expecting to see the Chem-Dry guy between 9 and noon. At 11:45 I received a call telling me he would be there at 1:30! So my entire day was shot waiting at the house. Once he arrived he cleaned the two wing back chairs, love seat and an area rug that was stained. He also cleaned the pillows but skipped cleaning the two ottomans that match the chairs. He asked me to take a look after putting all his equipment away. I asked about the ottomans and he said they didn't look that bad. However, once everything dried the two ottoman's are now a different color. It looks ridiculous. I now need to somehow clean the ottomans on my own.
