I just had my first experience with Chem-Dry and I can happily say they will be my service provider from now on. I had a mid-size area rug placed over hardwood floors. Multi-colored contemporary style that I love. Much entertaining had taken a toll on my rug and I called Chem-Dry to rescue. However, I was very concerned about cleaning a rug on a hardwood floor and if dampness or wetness would stain my floors. I was assured their process would not...and made my appt. The service tech who came to my home was wonderful - friendly, VERY informative and reassured me again my floor would be fine....and he was right! With minimal noise (I work from home so that was great!), he magically made my rug look new like the day I bought it!!! I'm so happy right now. I'll certainly be calling Chem-Dry to return again to tackle my upstairs wall-to-wall carpeting and expect the same results.
