Great people... carpet smells after washing

The team that cleaned our carpet where extremely professional and kind. At the last minute I asked if they could do a quick treatment over the "high traffic" areas leading from the room to the front door and they did it for no cost! I really appreciated that. Stains where unable to be removed but I was completely fine with that as it is a basement carpet and I was only concerned about it being cleaned!! Which it was. My only complaint is that now the room has a weird and unappealing oder since the carpet has been cleaned and I can not figure put what it is... and the room is empty!

We have contacted this customer with regards to the "odor". Here is her response:

Thank you for contacting me about the odor in my carpet. �Im not sure if it was because of the rain and lack of ventilation in the basement room that was causing it. As soon as the bad rainfall was over we were able to open the windows in the room to allow airflow and that seems to have worked on taking away the smell. �I very much appreciate your quickness in response to my concern. �I would like to say that I was very happy with service and the outcome. I would definitely use and recommend your company to others in the future.
