I've had American Chem Dry come in 3 times to clean my basement area, stairs and 2 area rugs. Each time they have all looked great. I add the sanitizer to help with my son's allergies. The rugs dry quickly and they smell great after it is done. I've had other cleaners come in and it seems they all smell a bit musty after the cleaning...not with Chem Dry!
