I had an wool area carpet that I wanted to drop off. I was advised by the woman who answered the phone that it could be cleaned in the home. I was not 100 comfortable w/ this but took her advice. The gentlemen that came to my home were extremely courteous and very professional. The rug however, remained wet for over 14 hours and some of the color seemed to run. I wish I had gone with my gut and used a dry cleaner or brought it somewhere. I thought it was a bit expensive also & was not allowed to use the coupon.
