I called a bunch of places about cleaning an area rug and not many got back to me. American Chem-Dry did and were also the best price and had the best customer service. The woman who booked my appointment was super helpful and informative and was really up front about the extras. Some places say clean and sanitize, starting at $200, and then you find out that's just the cleaning price and sanitizing is an extra $100. The techs that came to my house were professional, good, quick, and concerned. My area rug has an off pattern and the poor guys didn't realize that one of the "stains" was part of the rug's design.
