Hose broke and my dining room table, chairs and walls covered with white water marks...techs did not notice, only cleaned up some of water. All to get two small rugs washed...2 hours of cleaning spindles on chairs and trying to get water stains our of dining room table so aggravating....and it was 98degrees! So not worth the $100 I spent. Called to compain and am still waiting for $50 rebate check and week and half later..
