I messed up on my credit pretty bad, got to the point where I was scared to answer my phone because it'll always be a collection agency calling. I heard about UCC on 101.3 and wanted to contact them for many years but I was too scared. I think overall, I was mainly scared to look at my credit report and scared of what UCC or anyone would think of me. After being pregnant with my last child, I told myself, its either now or never, I am getting old and I need to do this for myself, for my kids. I finally made contact and met with one of the advisor and honestly, I walked out feeling like I've made the best decision ever. I followed everything they told me to do and my credit score jump up pretty high.

Overall, the staff there are friendly. I like it how I can just email them and not have to call them every time I need to ask something. My yearly contract came to an end and I met with Rick and again, I walked out feeling so HAPPY. He went through everything with me and answered all my questions and made things so much clear and understandable. I've learned so much and I feel like I have accomplished so much and I couldn't be any happier.
