I signed up for a year contract the first few months were great and then all of the sudden I couldnt reach Jeremy or anyone to help me. Half of what you pay for is to be counseled on how to approach and handle credit cards ect but I wasnt helped after the first months. I found out all of Josephs employees left because he is unethical and screwing customers over. I know other customers are contacting the Department of Commerce and I will do the same. I put my trust into this company to help better my life. Credit is everything and got screwed. Being Joseph is 1 of 2 employees left at the company it makes sense he is taking customers money anf can't properly help. He set up a conference call with me and my bank last Friday as the bank needed to ask him a few questions beforw they could refinance my loan. Well he never called. I will do everything I can to get the word out so other customers do not put the money and time into this company that has went to $@!#%. Messing with yout credit is the worst thing someone could do.
