Howie, the owner, is extremely humanistic, professional, and has great finesse with people. He's an honest, good man. I have been using them for about four years or longer for carpet washing in all my rooms. They are very trustworthy. They do a professional job and keep things at a professional level, but are also humanistic, and I trust them in my private home. I really like him. He's just a very pleasant man. I can't recommend them enough.
