WSI Local Search has been very prompt in answering any questions I have. They always respond back the same day, and they check in on a regular basis, at least quarterly. The bottom line is we are just getting results. We get one to five inquiries a day and we are able to turn those inquiries into jobs.

I would recommend companies interested in using WSI Local Search to just start out with a reasonable price package and track the numbers. They should track the calls through their system and see how their customer service representatives are answering the calls because that helps increase the closing rate on jobs. It is an excellent and immediate training tool, and it is well worth it.
