Broken water heater of 10 years needed replacing. Magic had the lowest bid (though all bids I received were just a few $100 of each other), and they were able to do the job right away and in about 4 hours. They definitely knew what they were doing, and I wasn't nickel and dimed if there were small things that arose during the job -- they did them as a matter of it being part of the whole work order.
