When I made the appointment, I was very clear that the service needed to be completed by 11 am. I'm not sure why they accepted the job and agreed that things would be completed within that timeline when that was not at all what happened. Not only was the technician late, unprofessional, and rude, he also broke off a significant chunk of marble from our sink. Did not mention that he had done this and tried to charge us around $2000 when we were already in possession of the hardware we needed to be installed, which he did not complete the installation of, and actively caused damage to our property. I will never be using your services again and I will absolutely be telling everyone else to do the same.
