Josh and Tim are great about explaining the problem in detail and about providing an estimate before the work is started. They have researched warranty information and advised on whether or not I would save money by going directly to the dealership. They've provided me with warranty printouts as well as a detailed explanation as to the problem making it easy for me to communicate with the dealership.
