Arron was great. On time and fixed a problem with our microwave that popped up after scheduling the visit. As to the reason for our call- a restart of the fridge fixed our touchscreen (duh!) and our seal was not broken as we expected, just needed some TLC. Always appreciate the honesty when a repair is truly not needed. He inspected the rest of the fridge and cleaned out underneath. Arron was incredibly pleasant throughout including not laughing at me while I was laughing at myself for not thinking of the hard reboot for the touchscreen! Will definitely use them again.
