Champion scheduled service for me at my convenience, promptly upon receiving my call to them. They sent their employee Bob, whom I found to be completely trustworthy and able, to take care of my dishwasher malfunction. Bob showed me his analysis of what would be needed to fix the problem - and the cost - without pressuring me into going forward with the repair. Because I had researched the cost of a new appliance, I decided to go forward with the repair, without comment from Bob. After he fixed the dishwasher, using tools he had on the truck, based on Champion's preparation from our telephone conference, Bob stayed on site to make sure that through a wash cycle, the dishwasher performed. I'm sold on Champion!
