I sent an email on acSaturday afternoon inquiring about service for my whirlpool duet dryer that had begun making a loud noise. My email message was followed up with a return phone call to me within 40 minutes..on a Saturday! We discussed the issue and scheduled a service call for the following Monday. The service technician was both knowledgeable and professional. The dryer had been repaired within 48 hours of my initial email. Needless to say I am a very happy customer!
