Champion Appliance Care did a good job for me. This was my first time using them. I found them on the internet. Everything was seamless from start to finish. When I called in for the appointment they were friendly and accommodating. They were able to schedule the appointment quickly. The technicians who came out were prompt, polite and professional. They were able to assess the problem with my freezer quickly and efficiently. They then took the time to explain their findings to me and answer my questions. Although they were not able to fix it for me, they were very honest, courteous and nice about the whole situation. They did say for the age of it I should look at my warranty and they were right. Per my warranty, I was able to get it replaced. If I need service done to my appliances I would absolutely choose Champion, they were amazing! So, if you need work done on any of your appliances do not hesitate to call Champion Appliance Care!
