Champion Appliance Care was wonderful to work with. This was the first time I had called them. We needed to get our vent hood for the range top replaced. The brand that we had was not one that Champion Appliance Care usually services, but they were nice enough to track down a technician that could help us. They sent someone over and it was just a coincidence that it was a technician that we had used before that had previously been with a different company. He is a really great guy and very thorough. He took a look at our vent hood and ordered the parts we need. He will be returning soon to install those. So far, the service has been outstanding and we would definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to others.
