Champion Appliance Care did a really good job for me! This was the first time I used them. The store where I purchased my refrigerator recommended them. Something got stuck in the ice box line and they came out to assess the problem for me. The technician who came out, Aaron, was a very professional and polite young man. He explained what happened and told me ways to avoid the problem happening again. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He answered the questions I had, he was respectful of my home and he cleaned up after himself. I think whenever something is not working you hope the bill will be less than $20 but in all fairness the pricing was reasonable and I'm pleased to have my refrigerator back and working now. Their scheduling was very easy. When I called in they were able to schedule an appointment right away. I was impressed with how well Aaron kept me informed not only about his arrival time and called before he came but in how he assessed the problem and explained what was wrong to me and gave me tips to avoid the problem in the future. I want anyone who needs appliance work done that Champion Appliance Care is a reliable and trustworthy company!
