The men who did our carpets were very friendly and pleasant.
I waited until our carpets dried to give feedback, because you can't tell the results until the carpets are dry. Well, our carpets dried dirty.
The 2 worst areas I pointed out, look good. The other areas I didn't highlight which had dirt spots are still spotty with dirt. I will now need to hire another company to get the results desired.
Additionally, other companies pick up furniture and put down Styrofoam to protect until carpet dries. Nothing was moved in our home. Namely 2 small end tables in our living room.
One other comment, the "environmental fee may apply", was an additional 12% of the price, which was not disclosed prior to being told the amount. I paid cash, luckily I had enough cash to cover the 12% increased amount.
Such a shame, I recently told my daughter about the Teasdale "deal" for her 5,000 sq ft home she's ready to clean. Now I have to tell her to choose another company.
Teasdale did follow-up with me immediately after my first review. (which was never published, at least not that I can find) Promised to send someone out to redo the areas still dirty. After 2 promises, I've given up. They never did make it right.
