Yesterday, I called to get a quote, and schedule to have 5 rooms cleaned in my house. I was told that my location (which shows on the website as a service area) was out of service, and that there would be a $25 charge. I agreed to the charge, and booked my appointment. Today I get a call from them, and a voicemail stating that my location is outside of the service area, and they can't come. I call back, and after being on hold for over 5 minutes, am told that they can come, but it will be a $170 charge to come to my location. Ridiculous! How does it go from $25 to $170? I understand if you can't come to a location that is too far, but don't advertise it as part of your service location on the website. I felt like they just threw out an insane number like $170 to avoid coming.
