Scheduled carpet cleaning for a Friday afternoon 12-4pm. "Tech will call before he arrives". Didn't happen. Derek knocked on door at 1:00 and eager to work. Seemed disgusted as only had 2 large rooms of carpet to clean. Said job would take 30-40 minutes. Didn't pre-treat as "stains not that bad". He practically ran through the rooms in 15 minutes and stated he was finished. Carpet was still wet..not just damp. Evidently didn't extract all solution after cleaning. Had to hand clean stain areas myself. Have used T/F before. Doubtful if will use them again. $64 for 15 minutes is a bit steep.
