On June 23rd 2017 we had a flood in our basement. We called Teasdale Fenton for the restoration part. They assured us that they were a preferred company with our insurance company, so initially we wanted them to handle the construction part as well.

When we called our insurance company we were told that they were not on the preferred provider list. We double and triple checked this. Nope!

Because of this we went with another company for the repairs. Meanwhile, TF sent our insurance company a bill for just over $1,300. Now here's the funny part: We, and our friends removed everything from the basement, tore out the carpeting, pulled the molding off of the walls, and removed all of the waste. Our friends provided the fans and the dehumidifiers.

TF literally used a hammer to knock holes in the walls and sprayed the concrete floor with anti microbial solution.

They billed us for moving furniture, knocking holes in the wall, spraying the antimicrobial and steam cleaning the concrete. BTW they never cleaned the concrete.

I tried repeatedly to contact them to discuss it, Brandon never could find the time to return a call, until I complained to our insurance company.

Brandon, the person we were working with finally called and I told him that we were being billed for work that wasn't done. He said that the tech reported that he had done the work. My wife and I were here.

Brandon promised, yet again, that he would call me back or have his boss call me back, that they had to make a judgment call. BTW, I have been a pastor for just shy of years. Clearly they judged that I was somehow lying.

You may have a different experience, and I certainly hope you do. As for us, they received just over $1,300 for knocking holes in our wall and spraying solution on the floor.
