I paid $274 for a one $74 room special.Yep after a lengthy discussion about their GUAREENTED FREE RECLEAN OF JUST $200 if the stains return. WELL THAT WAS 7 weeks ago and now they say I have to pay Again please don't make the same mistake I did,in my opinion they suck and don't stand by their gurantee.Becky Schneider
