Yesterday my AC stopped cooling.
I live in Phoenix and in August its hot and yesterday was 110!
I have a service contract with Alaskan Air so I immediately called and spoke to Denise. She was friendly, sympathetic, understanding and she promised a tech would arrive right after his current call within 2 hours.
I explained I had a nine month pregnant woman living in my home who needed AC!
Within 90 minutes Allen called he was on his way over. My home had now reached 90°.
This very sweet polite young man showed up and within a couple of hours Allen had the AC working!
I cannot thank Denise and Allen enough for their fast, courteous service.
Thank you Alaskan Air for employing such wonderful people.
( I think you 2 deserve a raise.. hint hint Alaskan Air!)
