Alaskan Home Services installed a new AC inside my home. They had to install air ducts on top of my roof in order to install the AC. I started to have problems with roof leaks; I discovered that the air ducts weren't connected properly therefore the AC wasn't functioning correctly. They had to come out to my home ten times to fix the leaks in 4 different rooms. My vents needs to be checked out for I don't receive any heat during the winter or air during the summer. The technicians do a good job when they come out yearly to check out the unit every winter and summer.
