We had an issue with the installation of our air conditioning. When the guys at Alaskan Home Services came, they installed our a/c inside a closet and after the job was done, we realized that there was no way to change the filter in the a/c without taking the closet door off completely. The guy who installed it didn't mention this to us before, during, or after the process, so we were stuck with a really annoying problem. Of course when we called them back to complain, they told us there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to just keep taking the closet door off if I wanted to change the filter. I unfortunately got really sick and had to go into surgery shortly after the installation, so the last thing on my mind was the air conditioning and I had to let the issue be.

On the plus side, the a/c works great. The people were nice and if you are planning on getting anything installed by Alaskan Home Services, I would make sure to have them run you through what exactly they plan on doing and ask them questions about the installation so you don't end up with a problem like mine.If they were to come back and correct this problem for me, I would definitely give them five stars.
