They did a great job, on time and as scheduled.
The tech showed up on time, identified himself, was polite and concerned about not tracking dirt into house. He was efficient, effective in his assessment of the furnace, and kept me completely informed of the status. This is why I have a long term contract with Alaskan Air for preventive maintenance of my heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
