Called in advance and confirmed he was 20 minutes out. Upon arriving asked if we have had any issues to address. We had one minor activity regarding the fan and he checked it out along with an overall maintenace check-up for the winter season. He made one recommendation regarding use of the fan on an manual setting during average temps during the spring and fall.
