Was impressed by Earl and purchased a 3 Yr. P.M.A.
Steve looked under the sink, asked me if I have trouble with any drains, told me the water softener was not working and called it "junk". Gave me a quote for an Ultima and gave me a sales pitch. He did drain the water heater. I read the instruction book for my water softener and have recharged it. Now is working perfectly.
