The service was excellent.
I do have a question. When I purchased the units in late 2014, I was informed that I would get two years free maintenance.--by the office and the technician in both cases. No maintenance was performed in 2014 as far as I remember because I was told the system was too new. I have been told that the Fall 2015 is the end of the free maintenance.
Can you please tell me how that is two years time? It does not add up. Thank you.
