Technician was very courteous and professional and overall service visit was very good, and very expensive
I set up a $40.00 tune-up visit and was expecting to be sold more service, somewhere in the $100.00 - $200.00 range. I was sold a $1400.00 maintenance agreement instead. It was my call and I agreed to it. The technician was not pushy or aggressive. In fact, he was "educational". I just hope I needed to spend that much money.
