Your sales representative at the Home Depot (Tempe, AZ) and your office staff were accommodating and excellent! I had to change my original appointment on 9/19/2015 at 8:00am to the afternoon at 3:00PM with a 3 hour window (at the suggestion of your office staff. The change was due to an unexpected work delay. This change was completed on 9/18/2015. I even confirmed the change with office staff on 9/18/2015. I never received a 30 minute arrival notification and never heard from the technician. The technician never arrived or called. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to getting this none.
