I requested a PM as advertised for a reduced price in a weekly flyer I received in the mail. I have a year old unit that was installed by another HVAC company. They wanted to sell me a twice yearly inspection contract at a fairly high price. The Tech from Alaskan was on time, professional and explained what he was doing and why. He did not try to sell me any other services and/or parts for the unit. When done he cleaned up after himself and gave me a complete report of his findings. A good job at a fair price.
