Received call from estimator that he could NOT find address. After explaining where my location was and how to arrive, he proceeded all of maybe four to five minutes to discuss what was needed.
Initial service request was to changeover swamp evaporative cooler to AC.
He stated it would be $7,000 to $8,000, without taking a single look at the system.
Did not bother looking at the evaporative cooler, heat system, did not even go up on roof. Amazing how $$$'s just get thrown, figure just throw out a number and see if customer bites. Well I'm not biting.
I think that I will call on a more reputable company to come and advise, suggest and give complete price alternatives. After all, a little service goes a long way.
