I've had bad luck in the past finding an AC tech who is polite, straight forward, and knows how to get the job done. I took a shot in the dark and went through Home Depot to have a routine AC inspection. Andrew from Alaskan Air arrived (courtesy call 15 min before which was great) and had all the characteristics above and more. My AC is actually working better than the day it was installed, I'm very impressed!
