This is our 8th year with the 2 /yearly inspection program and our third dual heat pump unit. We actually purchased one from you folks the others we inherited by moving. We found Travis to be very helpful and knowledgeable. And we did not for once feel pressured to do something(which has sometimes happened in the past). I am glad I did not hear about the $250.00 addative again. I am glad he did not over sell us but gave us good advice with our new unit.
