William F.worked hard to get our 3 AC's in tip top condition for the summer
William F. is truly a professional technician, the best I have seen over the years. He installed our new Lenox AC's last year and came back today to provide the maintenance required under our agreement. He also repaired a Freon leak in one of the AC lines.
I could not ask for better service nor a more professional, caring individual. Alaskan Air should be more than thankful to have such an individual as William on your staff. I know I am.
