Every year a different teck comes out and every year he tells me about something that should have been done in the past. Every year I hear about all the experience they have and yet they all seem to go elsewhere. It seem to me your company has trouble keeping employees.

One other thing , they always want to sell me product and/ or services that I feel should have been sold at the time I purchased your system. If I didn't need it, or you didn't think it would be of benefit at the time you sold me, then why do I need it know?
