I have been with Alaskan Home Services for about 10 or 12 years. We used to have a maintenance agreement with them which was fine, but I felt every time they came they found something that I had to buy. More recently we had our whole unit replaced, but that was a good experience. They were fast and very courteous, and explained everything to us. They covered any concerns we had!
